Shipping policy

Due to labor shortages worldwide expect a possible delay in shipping ON ALL PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THE MAKEOVER BEAUTY SALON

Order of Process
1. Customer order is place
2. Order is processed within 24-72hrs. This time is required to double check accuracy or any adjustments necessary. 
3. Turnaround time is 7-21 business days (Holiday and weekends are NOT included in turnaround time).
4. Item is ready to ship. Customer receives email.
5. Order is retrieved by USPS. 

All products/merchandise is shipped via USPS. If shipped with in the United States, the estimated delivery time for Priority mail is 3-5 business days and 7-10 for international. For international shipping, The Makeover Beauty Salon  can not estimate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact customs office or shipping carrier to check for additional fees. To avoid delays please double check address and apartment number. We DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O BOXES. After your shipment has left our facility and is with the mail carrier. The Makeover Beauty Salon Do Not accept responsibility nor issue refunds for packages. Please check your tracking information and contact United States Postal service directly to resolve shipping issue.

Address Verification

For security reasons all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses. The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.
